Hi :) .
The system was stable for eight days 11th-19th, you recently added a USB wireless card
any special necessity?

I added nothing at all to it. The closest to what you say is uninstalling the old driver for the Wifi USB and installing the one for Windows 8, which is what fixed it for the eight days. Nothing else.
That's odd, because that adapter is not present in the msinfo32 and driver list
files that were initially uploaded .
It's active, can you explain it?Code:Name [00000014] Realtek RTL8188CU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter Adapter Type Ethernet 802.3 Product Type Realtek RTL8188CU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter Installed Yes PNP Device ID USB\VID_0BDA&PID_8176\00E04C000001 Last Reset 19/11/2013 8:09 PM Index 14 Service Name RtlWlanu IP Address 192.168.1.71, fe80::80e3:4ee0:43a6:edc7 IP Subnet 255.255.255.0, 64 Default IP Gateway 192.168.1.254 DHCP Enabled Yes DHCP Server 192.168.1.254 DHCP Lease Expires 20/11/2013 8:09 PM DHCP Lease Obtained 19/11/2013 8:09 PM MAC Address 00:E0:4C:04:C6:D2 Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\rtwlanu.sys (1021.3.912.2012, 1.46 MB (1,525,904 bytes), 19/11/2013 7:57 PM)
The previously updated adapter is not.

All that I could suggest is that the first driver that was used was written by the company that made the product, however the driver for Windows 8 was written by Realtek. That's all I can think of, so maybe it is identifying it differently with the different drivers.
Addon Technology Ltd.Products
The top driver is the current one, and the one listed at the end is the first driver used.
I compared the two in realtek's webpage and the two seemingly different model appear to have the same
download (RTL8188CU / RTL8192cu), way the go realtek .
I'm sorry if you were somehow offended by my previous post.
Do you have an option to run a wired connection for troubleshooting purposes?
Are you still unable to download to the wired realtek driver update?
Please try again.
No code has to be inserted here.
When you said about the wired connection, I remembered that I hadn't disabled the wired connection (I have done now) so could that be it?
Don't worry I wasn't offended or anything, I was just stating the only potential cause of it :)
I could do a wired connection, but I'll have to move the computer closer to my router first. And strangely, the download the now completed successfully.
Thanks
The crashing is getting worse... at least 6 and counting today alone Anyway, I unsinstalled all Realtek driver and used the auto installer you linked which installed a driver for the ethernet but not the USB wifi adapter. Currently trying it out on ethernet alone, so I'll see how that goes.
Sorry to hear that :\ .
Upload both the dumps prior to your recent change and the ones after it, just please mark the latest
one that occurred prior to the change so I'll be able to differentiate, separate folders is good enough :) .
