BSOD coming every time

Hey guys please help me , i m getting BSOD ever time & its have been 1 month to got this problem on my pc.I cleaned every thing on my pc but it doesn't work .I got a "ntoskrnl.exe" problem from my pc & i uploaded some file soo please help me !
