BSOD while using utorrent

Hey guys. Yesterday I came home from work, computer was on for hours, my girlfriend was youtubing, and i started up utorrent. BSOD 5-10 later. The only thing overclocked is the video card, and I am 100% its stable. The rest of the rig is factory.

The error message says "IRQL not less or equal". This has only happened when utorrent was up and running. It happened 3 times. Once utorrrent was turned off, no problems. I have tried updating network card driver. Was already up to date.

Any other suggestions?
chkdsk came back clean.
Prime95- no problems.
Kombustor- No problems

Hello Allen,

Please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, and post back with the needed information. Someone should be by afterwards to further help.
