However, there is no point in attempting to fix what is a counterfeit install, as it's impossible to tell what else the Activation Exploit used to activate it has done to the rest of the OS.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key - then we can help.

Your Systeminfo.txt file betrayed the problem....

    Code:
    Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00400
This code is ONLY valid where the manufacturer is one of the big ones - in this case, your machine would need to be a Dell one, preinstalled with Windows 7 Ultimate before being shipped from the manufacturer.

If you want further detail, then...

Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report - then we can see what the detailis.

    https://www.sevenforums.com/windows-updates-activation/234159-windows-genuine-activation-issue-posting-instructions.html

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
