BSOD - Fresh install of Windows - DELL Diagnostics show hardware is ok

Getting a BSOD on a DELL XPS13 (L321X) after fresh install of Windows. I just replaced the MB with a new MB. DELL diagnostics show everything is okay.

    Windows 7 - Home Premium - 64 Bit
    Intel I7 - 2637M @ 1.7
    4 GB onboard memory
    120 GB SSD

Welcome to SF ccwtech :) .

Usually I would like to have more than one dump file so manually check the minidump folder.
    Code:
    C:\Windows\minidump
If dump files are present in that folder copy them to the Desktop, zip and upload in your next post.

    As for the dump files uploaded;
The bug check is 0x9F which is DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE that happens in
transitions between power states most commonly S0 (ON state) > S3 (Sleep state)
or vice-versa. You can read more HERE.

The most common cause is a device driver but sometimes it's the hardware itself
    that is at fault.

    Code:
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time (usually 10 minutes).
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time
Arg2: fffffa8004090060, Physical Device Object of the stack
Arg3: fffff80000b9c3d8, nt!TRIAGE_9F_POWER on Win7, otherwise the Functional Device Object of the stack
    Arg4: fffffa8009df5260, The blocked IRP
    Code:
    !irp fffffa8009df5260
    >[ 16, 2] 0 0 fffffa8006e2e050 00000000 00000000-00000000

    Awesome!

Awesome, Thanks. I will update both drivers and report back if there are any more BSOD's. Once again, thank you.
