BSOD help (bad pool header & irql less or not equal)

    I tried to connect all the "bad" USBs with which I have experienced a BSOD, but I haven't gotten any crashes.

    How can I try and trigger a BSOD? beacse all I do is work on Lightwave and surf the web...
    any attempts to repeat actions that caused a BSOD failed.

    Well that's good news then!
    What I meant was that try to use the USB3.0 ports as you did before which resulted in a BSOD,
    now that it doesn't that is a pretty strong lead that the issue is the stack you removed.

    Hey,

    I have tested all of my four 4GB RAM stick individually, and I did not get a BSOD during each test.
    But, when I plugged in 2 RAM sticks to the first Dual channel, I got a crash after an hour.

    Now I have one stick in each channel. waiting to see how it goes now.

    note:
    when windows started while I had 2 sticks plugged in ( one channel and dual channel both)
    the system was fidgety for a couple of seconds and a weird noise that sounded almost electric was coming out of my speakers during that.

    here as an up to date crash report that includes the new latest crash.

    Ok let's start fresh and make sure we are configuring the RAM the correct way.

    Take out both modules and look at them from the thin side so you'll be able to see in-between the heat-spreader and the chips themselves. Do you see chips on both sides of the stick (I believe
    that the F3-12800CL9-4GBRL should be single sided)?

    Now that you have that information about the modules follow this diagram according to the type of
    modules they are (Single-Sided / Double-Sided).

    Please install the modules in DDR_1 & DDR_2.
    DDR_1 & DDR_2 are referring to the light gray slots which are the furthest away from the CPU socket.
    After doing so please enable the RAM XMP profile in the BIOS.

    The modules are double sided.
    I have installed two modules in the slots you said and changed the ram xmp from "disabled" to "profile 1", hope that is what you mean.

    By the way, I have conducted a "memtest86" for five hours,while all of the modules were connected, and it turned out to be OK as far as I understood.

    Yes that is what I meant :) .
    Memtest is by no-means the gold standard and faulty modules can pass without a hiccup,
    but it's good for most cases. Also five hours doesn't say much we count passes not run time.

    Do you mind explaining what the XMP status is?

    Say I don't have any crashes now, the next step is to check the other modules in the second channel?

    That is not nearly enough .

    XMP stands for eXtreme Memory Profile,in a nutshell, supported memory modules have profiles assigned
    to them by intel and implemented by the motherboard to set timings and speed of which the specific
    module model should operate under, as the motherboard defaults to running the RAM at 1333MHz for better compatibility XMP is set to run the RAM at it's tested speeds. Most mainstream have modules have only XMP profile but more high-end ones have two or three which overclock the RAM.

    No, as you can see in the diagram above, two modules are to be used only in DDR_1 & DDR_2.

    Happy new year

    I have checked all four modules pair by pair, with the XMP enabled using the right sockets, as you said, no crashes at all !
    I've re-installed all of the modules tougher, should I disable the XMP now ?

    what do you suggest I should do next?

    No no, leave the XMP profiles enabled they are designed to run the modules in the most correct fashion.
