    Sleep Mode: Wont load when back or slow


    Hey guys!

    Well i have win 7 pro 64 bit.

    Though i have an OEM not an upgrade. I hate shutting down my comp, so i like to make it sleep.

    Though when i put it to sleep or when the timer auto. sleeps my computer, when i come back to log on, i click my profile to log on either i get

    - Windows does not load, will be stuck in the loading page. (once i left it for 10 minutes, stuck at the loading windows page) and i have to force restart my computer.

    - Or

    - It does load back to my desktop, though everything is running SO SLOW. My internet explorer freezes and it says "not responding" no music will load, folders takes ages to load. Even when i go have lunch and come back, my comp is still very slow. Thus i ahve to restart again.....annoying..

    When experiencing problems during or after power state transitions, the first step is to ensure that the BIOS and all drivers (video, NIC, audio, anti-virus...) are up to date.

hello every one. about a week ago i went on vacation and put my computer to sleep. when i came back i saw it was off. when i turn it on on normal i see the "starting windows" screen but what happens is that a second late my screen goes blue and says "no signal". it only runs on safe mode....
I setup 2 Media center PC's and have them both goto sleep when not being used. They wake up in the middle of the night due to mcupdate_scheduled which I understand and know how to turn off. My problem is I want to leave it the option on and have the computers go back to sleep after the update is...
So, basically the problem with my computer is that when i start windows normally it gives me a black screen with cursor. I searched in this forum and other forums for help but nothing helped. i tried loading in safe mode but it hangs in classpnp.sys, tried restoring, tried recovery options still...
Wasn't really sure where to post this but maybe someone can help me with this very annoying problem I've been having recently.. OK once my monitors go into sleep/hibernation mode they stay black no matter what i do i have to restart the pc to fix the problem also all the lights on my keyboard go...
