    BSOD BCCode: f4. Hardware issue?

I've been experiencing super intermittent BSODs, as in maybe one a week or less, but it occurred twice in 10 minutes today so here I am. I'm not usually doing anything in particular to incite it--in fact usually I'm away from the computer.

    Windows 7 Prof 64bit
Other pc specs are in my profile.
I've attached the the dump files.
And here's windows' problem signature information:

    OS version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Local ID: 1033
    BCCode: f4
    BCP1: 0000000000000003
    BCP2: FFFFFA800E6BD9E0
    BCP3: FFFFFA800E6BDCC0
    BCP4: FFFFF80002DDE0D0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

My first inclination is that it's a hardware issue, RAM or SSD, but I have no idea.
    Any thoughts?

Your dumps indicate page faults and disk read errors. Make sure your SSD has the most current firmware but before attempting to update the firmware, run a chkdsk on your C drive. This will require a reboot and MUST NOT be interrupted. After that, run SFC /scannow and report back any messages on the console.

Another item I noticed is that your SM Bus is indicating that there's no drivers installed. If you loaded your motherboard drivers, this may be caused by disk error and the SFC run may repair it.
