BSOD / Crash playing lol/BF3 or browsing

    Hello,
recently my pc startet shuting down with a BOSD, it only started once in a blue moon, but just today morning my computer crashed 3 times, trying to play League of Legends, after this it worked(for 3 hours, till i went to work).
The BOSD/Crash occurs more often while playing League of Legends or Battlefield 3, but also while browsing the net.

I assumed the error in my RAM so, i used the memtest.exe and i always got an Error, while running it, so i wanted to dig deeper into the problem: I tested which of the RAM-Sticks is broken, with testing them alone (only one 'instaled'), but i got not a single Error (While running in safemode) so i inserted both Ram-Sticks, using the memtest again (Safemode) and let it run for 9 hours straight, but i got not a single error in safemode.

I updated some Drivers but i was unsure about the tool i used/could not find some of the driver which where declared old, so i stoped there.

I hope this does not include any useless information

    Update

    Hello,
i used the Driver Verifier, up on restarting, i instantly got a bluescreen, restarting the PC 2 times, ended up in a BOSD right bevor the log-in-screen. (Note, the BOSD was not stable, i could not read any information, as it restartet right away)
Needed to start in safemode in order to log in again.
i am not sure where to find any results of the driver verifier. How can i grab the log, and what should i do now?

    Disabled restart for bluescreen's.
Read the "error" verified the programm which the driver was from. Deinstaled CDEMU, no Bluescreens anymore.
