    BSOD with STOP 0x0000007A: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

    Hey guys,

I started getting this error last night and my computer has been unstable since. I had some old dump files but along the way have formatted my SSD and the last BSOD didn't generate one for some reason...

After this BSOD the comp reboots and says, "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" If i just push a key the same message comes again. If i turn off the computer and then turn it back on it will boot up fine...

Here are some things i have tried:

    - Switch the sata cable on my m4 crucial 64GB SSD from one 6gb sata slot to the other on my MB.

    - ran a battery of SSD checks and Memory tests. all of which came back clean and healthy. i think i ran crystal disk info and an MS one. I ran a few different memory tests including a full pass of memtest86.

    - ran various virus scans.

    - wiped my SSD and reinstalled windows 7. I thought this may have fixed it at first but my computer just crashed again... so i know it's not fixed.

At this point i feel like my SSD connection just may be bad and it's time for a new SSD, but it's weird because all diagnostic tests say the drive looks good, no bad sectors or anything, nothing. ORRR the MB is going wonky... before i go out and buy a new SSD i'd like a second opinion.

If i can get a dump file i will certainly upload it here for you guys...

My MB is an ASUS P8Z68-V

Trying to get this resolved today if at all possible.

    Thanks in advance.

    hey guys,

i just got the crash again and it was a different BSOD this time... i still didn't get a dump log, though. not really sure why it's not saving it...

attached is the info i could collect through the SF diag tool.

went out and bought a new SSD. so far it's running stable. i believe this was the problem, and the dump logs never saved the files because connection to the ssd had been lost.
