Continuing BSOD issues: now it's 0x0000007F at random times

    Hello everyone,

I posted a few weeks ago about some BSOD problems I was having. That thread is here: Random BSOD errors on year-old laptop, usually 0x0000003B

The good news is that I followed the instructions and have not received another 0x0000003b error.

The bad news is that my computer restarts just as much. There have been a few different stop codes I've received, but now it's primarily 0x0000007F. It's getting frustrating because I thought I'd fixed it. Now I just wonder if my computer is a lemon and I should start shopping. I'm a total novice about these things. Any help would be appreciated.

    A few notes:
    I use a Samsung np530u3b, purchased in July 2012
It runs Win 7 64 Home Premium
Upon the advice of my last post, I now run Windows Firewall with the MS Security Essentials. I haven't uninstalled ZoneAlarm from the system, but I do not run it.
Since my last thread, my mouse trackpad has not worked right and I have to reset the settings each time I boot the computer.

    Again, thanks for the help.

Just an update, if necessary, I got the same message for a second time today. This time it mentioned IGDKMD64.sys as the problem. How would I go about fixing that?

    Thanks!

Just as a followup, I'm continuing to have problems, though they appear to have changed to a different sort of issue. I detailed them here: https://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help...dom-times.html
