BSOD nvlddmkm Error, Windows not Genuine

I've been having problems for awhile with my speaker audio emitting an intermittent loud buzzing noise and then the computer freezing for a brief moment. Mouse movement is also frozen during this period.

Then, today, the computer started freezing for small amounts of time separate from the buzzing before completely crashing. I'm not sure if these two problems are related but they both may be caused by graphics driver problems, which is a likely culprit. I updated the Nvidia driver yesterday, and my eventviewer shows the nvlddmkm error.

The short buzzing occurs when I listen to music around once a minute and increases in frequency when something more intensive is running such as Folding@home.

After the BSOD, Windows began showing a message that my copy of Windows is not genuine. Also, it reverts my desktop background to a black screen.
I have already defragmented my hard drive and run memtest for 2 passes. My current PSU is also less than a year old.
