    New Reinstallation:

I'm back So I restarted from the start. I formatted the HDD and re-did a new installation from Windows 7 DVD and installed GIGABYTE Ultra Durable Chipset/Evga GeForce GTX 760 installation DVD. I ran the computer for over 8 hours and it seemed to run fine. After launching Treasure Adventure Game I played for 3-4 hours and the Computer froze up in the middle of playing, so I rebooted and was going to check the Event Viewer for Critical Errors and the computer completely shutdown and rebooted on its own. Please help

No, you don't need that. But that could have been one possible cause of your problem.

Event 41 is a Kernel Power Event - and those are difficult to diagnose. There could be software or hardware problems causing it. Overheating is also 1 possibility.

My HDD is in great shape as with the RAM. I couldn't see it overheating or anything like that. It seems that when I installed the recommended Drivers for my Geforce GTX 760, the Events started but the PC would never hang. NVIDIA Virtual Audio/PhysX system Software/HD audio Driver/ Graphics and on down the line!
