    narendharkumar3, I would like to suggest you start your own thread about your problems. That will enable you to get faster and better service. It can also be confusing to everyone involved when a test or other action is requested. It will help you to know which of you we are asking to run a rest of perform some actions. Simply go to the index (BSOD Help and Support - Windows 7 Help Forums) in the top left of the index, just click on the large orange button that says New Thread. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
