System always freezes on first boot, loads BSOD error after next

Hello,
I have been experiencing a weird freeze that is constant and always on the first boot. Pc just freezes seconds after getting to the log on screen, a hard reset later and the pc will run for 4 days just as long as its not shut down, after the next shutdown the cycle repeats itself.
I did a fresh install for windows and replaced my main SSD (an intel that got boiled down from 120GB to a 8MB in a single morning, no idea why that happened) with a HDD and problem is still there.
any help would be appreciated.

Hi karamba.

As per the zip, the last BSOD is of 11/10/2013. It is a time ago, and the system must have changed to an extent after it. So checking those dumps may not give an idea about the present issue.

Anyway, you do some things.

First, Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

Next, uninstall MagicDisc. The SCSI adapter installed by it (mcdbus.sys) causes issues during startup; that is during the time the virtual disc is being emaluated for the first time.

Next, Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

Click on the Start button
Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
Select the “Startup” tab.
Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
Apply > OK
Accept then restart.

And, update XBox 360 controllers. The version you have installed is problematic. Get it from Software Downloads | Microsoft Hardware
