BSOD following week of random crashes and bsods

Hey there. I've been getting (seemingly) random restarts of my computer after it's been on for a while, sometimes minutes and some times it won't happen after it's been on for a day. For the last week I've been getting BAD_POOL_ERROR(s), leading me to do a chkdsk which came back clean. Today I took off my case and unplugged everything and put it back in, which didn't seem to fix anything. Today I got another BSOD (of which the dump is attached) and would like some help figuring out what's going on. I've also attatched the results of SF Diagnostics.

Dump and SFDiag Results - /download/htj3qzo53vk0v3c/SF_06-12-2013.zip
    Help?

(Put that link after mediafire .com. Not sure why it's being censored but the zip was too large to upload here, if it needs uploading elsewhere please ask!)

    Step 6:
    6. In your BSOD post, upload the renamed SF_DD_MM_YYYY.zip folder into your post.
Clicking on "upload", you get it: Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Follow it properly. We cannot download what you uploaded, as it is not properly attached.
