    Got this on safe mode

    Bcp2: 00000002

    Bcp4: 911237B3

    Files help describe prob:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\121013-21106-01.dmp
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-36987-0.sysdata.xml

    I'm not fluent on computer terms, so please explain in normal way, thank u,

    To explain it, we need to see some data. Can you boot into the computer anyhow, even in safe mode? If you can, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

    If you can not, let us know. We will take some alternative way.
