Dismantle the computer. Clean everything inside. Clean the air vents and fan grills so that it can blow the hot air out efficiently. Laptops are never heat effective, but it is almost a frying pan now.
Dont run formark now. It will harm the hardware with this high temps.
While re-seating, apply new thermal paste to the CPU.
As it is a laptop, it is all possible that you cannot do it yourself. Take the help of a technician for this purpose .... dismantle, dusting and re-applying thermal compound.
Let us see another screenshot of speccy after it is done.
Get it done, on an emergency basis.
EDIT: Also, afford a cooling pad for the laptop.
