BSOD playing BF4 (no new hardware) error Machine_Check_Exception BSOD

I just signed up and added my system specs but i just remembered that i left out a lil info for the CPU- its o/c stable at 4.2 and has been absolutely stable for nearly 2 years now.

with that out of the way... I hope you guys can help and that my registration time spent will be worth it and that I can help out in other areas... as BSOD troubleshooting is not a skill of mine.

I had a Gigabyte r9 280x vid card that would constantly crash my computer... could not get through a round of bf4. I took it back and got an ASUS version of the same chipset and it seemed to solve most of the crashes. I can play for a couple hours but it will still crash eventually. and its not the same type of crash i used to get either... this type eventually goes to a blue screen instead of indefinitely frozen and forced to hard reset. Im uploading the system dump... i hope i did it right. if not... just let me know so i can re upload it. thanks a million if you can help me out.
