BSOD Playing several games | Error 0x0000010D

The thread title pretty much says it all. I just recently built this computer with a friend's help. I believe I have updated all my drivers and windows updates, including optional ones.

As for what the BSOD says...

The windows driver framework has detected that a violation has occurred.
    0x0000010D (0x0000000000000005, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000001202, 0xFFFFFA8004541E40)

Welcome to SF SolidSherlock :) .

The bugcheck are consistent both with your description and with the error.
    Code:
    BugCheck 10D, {5, 0, 1202, fffffa8004541e40}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for MijXfilt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for MijXfilt.sys
    Probably caused by : MijXfilt.sys ( MijXfilt+363a )

The issue is a driver I've seen causing BSOD's before, MotioninJoy simulate Xbox 360 controller.
The driver is over 18 months old now.
    Code:
    lmvm MijXfilt
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff880`08984000 fffff880`089a6000 MijXfilt T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: MijXfilt.sys
        Image path: MijXfilt.sys
        Image name: MijXfilt.sys
Browse all global symbols functions data
        Timestamp: Sat May 12 07:27:12 2012
Please update the driver or remove it completely.

    Keep us updated.
