Looks like a problem with the Chinese language pack. You might try to just uninstall it. If you use it, ??????, you can reinstall it. If you're not using it, perhaps there's a security problem.

Click the Start Orb and type LPKSETUP. Click on it then chose uninstall and see if the Chinese language pack is there.

The Chinese Language involved here is built in to all editions of Windows 7 - and it's a common error derived from a faulty OEM image.

This looks to me as if you have ongoing problems with either RAM or the hard drive.

I suggest that you check with Patriot, since I can see no PSD38G1600LLK stick anywhere on their site. I suspect it's merely a form-factor difference rather than a spec difference, so they should be identical as far as the computer is concerned.

Still having BSOD issues. Memory sticks passed 8 passes with Memtest 86. I am beginning to think it is my mother board.
