So Mate do you think I should get the voltages checked again but while the windows is loaded and maybe running a stress software like Prime95??
I did asked that repair guy to boot it into windows and then check but he said that there may be a risk of burning the power supply or motherboard? Is this safe to do while the machine is on?
Yes it should be checked with Windows booted. You need a qualified repair person too, a PSU can be safely checked without a risk. The DIGITAL volt meter probes are put in contact with the PSU connectors from the back side.
LOL. Qualified repair person. Everyone here who know a thing or few is qualified. I will get a multimeter and do it myself, I saw few tutorials online. Will report back soon.

I checked the voltages myself and found the below result:
MotherBoard Connector
Pin 10- 12.21v
Pin 8 & 4- 5.03v
Pin 2- 3.37v
Molex Connector
Yellow wire- 12.21v
Red- 5.05v
GPU Connecter - 12.21v
CPU 8pin connector - 12.03v
While testing Prime95 was running. So where does it leave me now??

I may have missed it, but did you run the hard drive test? The drive that has you OS on it should be plugged in so it is Disk 0 in disk management.
The volt reading are fine, this leaves the drive(s) and motherboard. There is no way to test the board without try a new one though. I do think there's something wrong since the software can't read any 12V values.
Have you tried updating the GPU driver?

Oh Yea mate, i forgot to tell about the HDD test. I ran long test with Seatools for DOS for all my drives and all of them passed except once in the middle of test of the 1TB seagate the PC got stuck and below was the screenshot at that time.
I again ran the test for it and it passed.
I have dual boot windows 7 so Disk0 has Windows 7 32bit and as now again changed the SATA wires here and there now Disk1 is my Windows 764bit (the one I use the most now). Disk2 my 1TB data drive
I will take this to that repair guy sometime soon and get another motherboard tested with my hardware. Also will test with his HDD also, but that may take some time now.
I will now update to the latest Nvidia drivers also today.
So its gonna be either motherboard or my precious HDDs
The 1TB drive may be failing....or not. It has no system files so it shouldn't cause any issues, which by elimination leaves the board. Updating the graphic driver, if needed, may help too though.
Another thing may be you're trying 2013 games on about a 2006 machine too.

If the motherboard is gone then I only have a choice for a Gigabyte G41 Combo board as I can't afford to upgrade the whole system.
I have updated the Graphic Card Drivers.
Its a 2008 machine, but its not the games which are crashing the PC its when I surf the web. Sometimes also it happened that the mouse and system gets stuck/hangs for 2 seconds and then works and then again gets stuck for 2 seconds. this keeps on happening over and over again and I have to restart the system.
Call of Duty: Ghosts and Battlefield 4 are running fine on Medium settings with no crashes.

One more thing, what is the wattage of the PSU? With what specs I see, I think a 375W-450W should be plenty. The volts are fine but it has to have enough "oomph" in the watts.
I have a Cooler Master GX 650W PSU. I hope this would be more than enough for my config.
