ntoskrnl.exe BSOD even after reinstall

Sorry I could not compile very much information, because my computer will no longer even boot Windows.

Background: My desktop had Windows 7 installed a year or 2 ago. I then upgraded to windows 8 pro. It was like that for about a year, everything perfect. It could run games like a beast. But then I started getting ntoskrnl.exe BSODs. Here are some of the errors I was getting:
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
MEMORY MANAGMENT
They occured a couple minutes after turning on my computer. I compiled all the minidumps here:

So I sucked it up an completely formatted my hard drive and installed Windows 8.1 Pro x64. It was the only option, since nothing seemed to fix my issue.

After Re-install: Everything seemed to work fine, so I was relieved. I started installing my programs. For like 5 minutes. Then it happened again. Then after I tried to restart, and right after it boots it BSOD every time. Windows says "preparing automatic repair" several times but does nothing. That makes me think it is a hardware problem. I hope not. Sorry I could not get the few minidumps off of the new Windows install, but trust me they were the same thing.

The info on the BSODs I have comes from WhoCrashed, and I have the ability to boot into Linux. What should I do? Any ideas on what the problem is? What troubleshooting should I try?

I know you people here might need more information, so just ask and I will try to provide.

Sorry at the time I couldn't even get into Windows. Now I can. I did memtest86 and it gave the ram lots of errors so I swapped it out for new 8gb of ram.

But then it would beep really fast so I removed one stick and it worked.

But then it still wouldnt show anything on screen so I removed the graphics card and it worked fine.

So now its missing a graphics card and a ram stick and it works, but i'm really confused. Any ideas?

I did your Diagnostics Tool thing on the BSOD posting instructions anyway, on the fresh 8.1 install without the graphics card both ram sticks. The dumps might be helpful but probably not as much as the original dumps in the first post. I attached to output of the diagnostics tool.

I figured out both ram sticks can be in the computer and everything works fine. With both ram sticks in and the gfx card in, it makes beeping noises. With 1 ram stick in and the graphics card, it'll work fine just not show anything on the screen on either the integrated or gfx card port. So everything works fine without my graphics card in.

Thanks for the help. I put my 650 ti in my brother's Ubuntu computer and plugged it in and it worked fine and got recognized, so I don't think the card is dead.

Yeah I thought the BSOD didn't indicate much.

What do you mean installed 8 after this BSOD. Well after I started to get it I re-installed with 8.1, not the 8.0 I had before. It only had 7 on it a long time ago but I upgraded.

I am currently running a memtest86+ 5.01 just cause, coming up with 0 errors. This is with the 2 4gig sticks. I will update the bios how you told me and then report back. Thanks so much!

Also, any ideas on the RAM? The 16gb sticks work fine in my brothers computer but give so much memtest errors in mine and were what were causing the issues before I think.

I hope you installed windows 8 after getting this BSOD. So the issue should be over here, as This issue occurs because of a potential race condition that occurs in the enumeration of TCP connections. With a clean install, it is gone.

But when the board is failing to control all the items on it at once, it is the fault of the board itself. And it is not any unique issue; it is seen widely. Still, try to install the BIOS version F20d from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z77X-UD3H (rev. 1.0). Sometimes the BIOS updates makes the board stable. Moreover it has some extended support for Win8.

Use @BIOS (found under utilities in Gigabyte's page) to update the BIOS.

Actually, I have one question. The 16gb of RAM that I was using in my desktop before that were from my brothers computer, are getting lots of memtest86 errors in it, and the Windows 8.1 install usb blue screens when it boots. The funny things is, the computer works perfect with Linux though, no errors.

His computer works fine, boots up, everything perfect, runs linux fine (he had it installed). But memtest brings up loads of errors like it did on mine and Windows usb stick won't start, it actually BSOD after loading.
