Copy that file, extracted not in its zip form, to a USB thumbdrive and boot into the BIOS using the
Del or F2 key at boot.

Very easy to follow procedures, thank you. As I was waiting your reply, I did try the Stress Tests suggested earlier in this thread. Ran the GPU Stress Test flawlessly. I then started the Torture Test for the CPU following the guide. BSOD as it started. Rebooted and tried it again. Same thing, Blue Screen as the test starts.

I am currently uploading my Memory.dmp file via Dropbox. Says it still needs atleast 1 hour to complete (thanks to my slow internet connection).

So I'll wait for it to complete the upload, make a follow-up post with it attached and then try updating my BIOS.

Here's the MEMORY.dmp file. Maybe you GURU's can tell me what causes the Processors to crash when I try to run a torture test.

I will now try updating my BIOS.
Merry Christmas to all and thank you so far.

EDIT: Cannot update my BIOS as of right now because I cant find my small USB drive. And my 64gb is apparently too big to format to FAT32.

Been having quite a bit of trouble booting since Blue Screens. Computer boots very slowly and where the desktop should appear is only a blank (black) screen with moveable mouse cursor. May take a few reboots in order to get the the actual working desktop. Waiting on advices.

Alright. Computer is not overclocked. I started by calculating the wattage and I am within the specs (needs 716w and have a 750w PSU).

I then downloaded Speccy and snapshot'd the temps (all were fine).

I decided to try updating the BIOS and Sata. Downloaded both but installed the Sata first. Rebooted. Computer stuck on Welcome screen for 15mins. Rebooted. Windows loads the desktop but no icon and mouse is "loading" for 10mins. Rebooted. Got to desktop only to crash with a BSOD a couple of seconds later. Now I am in safe mode and will try clearing the startup menu.

What is the make, model and age of your PSU?
That is too borderline for my liking, you have a power hungry CPU and not a low-end GPU.
Apart from those you have a Black series HDD along with another which Google didn't recognize
so maybe you can shed some more light as to what model is your 2TB HDD? (WDC WD20 02FAEX-007BA0).

What other components might be drawing "a lot" of power?

Did you test the HDD's in some way?
Do you have a different GPU you can try?

Well at the moment it looks to be a hardware fault.
The only 3rd party software I can see might be involved is the nVidia driver and NOD32,
but that doesn't explain why it bugcheck while under load it does however coincide with the
borderline PSU as I mentioned above :\ .

You might try to stop using Malwarebytes and Eset for the time being as a troubleshooting procedure.

If you do decide to Uninstall NOD32 you may try Microsoft Security Essentials.

I reiterate do you have a "weaker" GPU to test with?
