    Ouch...my bad typo:

    list disk
    select disk 0
    create partition primary
    list volume
    select volume 1
    format fs=ntfs

    I will make a thread specifically for this problem tomorrow. I'll make a write-up as to where we were and I hope you will chime in to help me some more!
