BSoD when installing Atheros Wifi driver

I tried to update my Atheros Wireless Adapter's driver, but when I run the installer, it gives me a BSoD. I downloaded the driver from atheros.cz, so there should be no problem. I have an AR5B97, the old driver's version is 10.0.0.227, the new is 10.0.0.234, and my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

NDIS.sys caused high DPC latency spikes.
I have some other problems with the spikes too, but that's an other question.

The latest driver version for your Qualcomm Atheros AR5B97 Wireless Network adapter:
    Code:
    Version: 10.0.0.234
    Release: 2013-03-14 Status: WHQL
Please confirm the currently installed driver:

    • Open the Start Menu.
    • Type Run, hit Enter.
    • In Run type drivers, hit Enter.
    • In the drivers folder search for athrx.sys
    • Right click the .sys file choose Properties and post a screenshot of the General tab.

Your integrated graphics driver is causing some issues:

    Code:

Edit: The Driver Update Utility said there was a newer version available for the Graphics card and the Chipset, so I installed them.

Good, now it's a waiting game to see if it's really the Wireless Network adapter's fault.

    Post back with updates :).

Well, as I said, I installed both of them, and according to DPC Latency Checker, I still get the spikes.
