BSOD before and after fresh Windows install. Has ran good since 2008..

I have read the instructions. I apologize ahead of time if I mess something up.

This PC has ran fine since 2008 when it was built. It was recently updated to Windows 7 Pro OEM. During the OS upgrade it had more memory added (4x2GB, all slots filled). Upgrade and install went flawlessly. All software (photoshop, premiere, firefox, antivirus) was re-installed without any errors or hick-ups. Upon updating firefox (I believe the timing was co-incidence) it Blue Screened. It has had issues ever since. So my last stitch effort was to back everything up and re-install Windows and hope that it fixed the problem. Needless to say that it hasn't been fixed and it still randomly blue screens. Windows Memory Diagnostic ran with no errors returned. Thanks in advance for the help.

Only 27 updates since SP1 - most systems have 70 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get all available updates (it may take checking multiple times).

Nice clean system - and with the reinstall of Windows it's most likely a hardware problem.
BUT, let's try this stuff first:

    NCREMOTEPCI.SYS dates from 2006
Please update this driver, it most likely belongs to the software for your Satellite TV receiver.
More info on the driver here: Driver Reference Table

    nvm62x64.sys dates from 2008
Please update this driver, it is the networking driver for your motherboard and comes packed with the nVidia chipset drivers at Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
More info on the driver here: Driver Reference Table

    atinavrr.sys dates from 2008
Please update this driver, it most likely belongs to the ATI drivers on your system. I have no idea of what ATI device it could be associated with as there is no dxdiag report in the uploaded files.
If unable to update it, please uninstall the ATI software from your system.
If still unable to remove the driver, post back and we'll give instructions on how to safely remove it.
More info on the driver here: Driver Reference Table

If these don't fix it, then start with the free hardware diagnostics here: Hardware Diags I'd start with the hard drive test as the BSOD blames the NTFS file system (and that's on the hard drive).

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs:
3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
    - Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
    - Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
    - DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
    - Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
    - Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.

    Thanks for the reply!

During an attempt to finish the updates it blue screened so after getting it to reboot. I figured I'd try the drivers first instead of the updates. Blue screen yet again. So this lead me to stripping out everything that was unnecessary. PCI cards, the remaining sticks of memory (leaving 1 of course), and re-installing windows again. Well now I have a blue screen during the windows install.

This is all I could catch before it restarted.

So yet again any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

I read in the instructions to edit or reply if I already had a post open for a previous issue. So i apologize if i misread or misunderstood.

It's been 2 years since my last post and I have continued to struggle with this PC.

Most recently. It randomly fails to load correctly and i lose the bios configuration. I've downloaded the suggested tool and included a zip file of it's finding. Any help with this issue would greatly appreciated!!
