    Its pointless posting about new BSOD's, or any other problems, until you have performed a clean install to fix the system problems covered earlier here:

    Yup, new genuine install needed. You have some key blocking entries in the hosts file too.

    i know my pc was so mussed up like how could i have sp3 on windows 7? anyway i did a clean install but thing are a lot better but it keeps saying 'failure configuring windows updates' when i try to update it.

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:

    2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear
