BSoD while idle - producing f4 and 7a codes nos

Recently been having issues with BSoD, it seems like it happens whenever I'm away from the computer. And at times I've even noticed my screen has gone white with some artifacting. You would assume it was bad video memory, but since the last crashes I've done all sorts of testing: results are below.

First I'll just give a little system info: Built it back in October and has been running flawlessly up until the last week or so.
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    Intel Core i5 3570k
    AsRock Z77 Pro3
    Adata XPG SX900 firmware:5.0.7b
    Seagate Barracuda 2tb
    AMD Sapphire HD 7950 w/boost: Catalyst 13.12
    8Gb Patriot 1600Mhz CL9 (2x4Gb)

    HDD testing:
Elevated Command chkdsk /f /r - (HKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the
master file table (MFT) bitmap. Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap. Windows has made corrections to the file system
    .)
    Seagate SeaTools - Passed
    Checked with EaseUS partition master
CrystalDiskInfo - reported good drive health
aida64: Stress local disks - all fine and temps are amazing

    Video:
Aida64: Stress GPU - no issues
    ATItool: 1hour no artifacts
FurMark: Burn-in 1080p 2x MSAA no problems, highest temp was 63C
Battlefield 4: Have played for hours, sometimes the game crashes but that's EA/Dice's fault :)

    Security:
Malware-bytes full scan - found some junk removed it
Windows Defender - Your computer is running normally
    tdsskiller - no issues

    Physically:
    - Reseated memory
    - secured SATA and molex connections

    Critical_Object_Termination 0x000000f4 ntoskrnl.exe+44e14f
    Kernel_data_Inpage_Error 0x0000007a msrpc.sys+52cd0 & ntoskrnl.exe+e8752

here's the dump files and all the other info. At this point I either fixed the problem or I'm stumped.

Guess it could always be a memory problem as well and should run memtest but ugh, it takes forever lol. That'll be next on my checklist if I have another BSoD :) thanks

Just got up for 2mins came back and, screen froze up with white/beige smeared colors and horizontal artifacts...ugh
I swear it only happens when I'm away from the computer :|
    no new dumps

did notice in eventviewer the following
    -Faulting application name: RzMaelstromVADStreamingService.exe
-The Razer Surround Audio Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).
Disabled Razer Surround and uninstalled, don't use it anyways, it's annoying.

    And this
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Tried a script to resolve that as well.
