Random BSODs - Done lots of troubleshooting
I keep getting random BSODs on my system. I have tried the following steps:
- Memory test - for days (Kingston 4x4 sticks installed) No problem detected after 20+ passes
- Updated the Eltron USB3 driver - was implicated in earlier crash
- Changed the video card from a NVidia 9500GT to a an XFX Radeon HD 7750 - looked like a video driver was the problem, after running the driver verifier.
- Machine is solid like a rock running Linux Mint 15. Both with the old as wll as the new video card.
- Went to Gigabyte's site and downloaded their latest drivers for the motherboard.
- Ran SFC /SCANNOW - and included cbs.log into the zip file
I'm stuck. Short of reinstalling Windows 7 - I don't know what else to do.
