BSOD playing Warframe, Been having constant trouble w/ Radeon HD 6670

I've tried installing and uninstalling drivers. I've been scouring the forums for a while trying to find a solution, it seems a lot of people have problems when they upgrade to Radeon graphic cards. I had it working for a bit, but i'm not sure what changed, all the sudden the CPU was in 80% usage region for no reason at all. I'd really appreciate some help with this. It most occurs whenever I try to play Warframe or pretty much any game that has graphic requirements. I had an onboard graphic card before i installed my HD 6670. Sometimes I get these yellow spots, or sometime the screens goes black with blue spots. Blue Screen Viewer is naming the dxgkrnl.sys as the culprit, but I've also had issues with atikmpag.sys

    1. Check that the card and inside of the case is free of accumulated dirt & dust
    2. Run this video card stress test and report details:

Ran the video card stress test, it failed the screen turned orange and it was only going 3fps. I just a got a new PSU, because I thought that might be the problem started the computer and my screen went crazy then it blue screened. I attached a recent minidump for that

I'n afraid the stress test indicates the card is failing, unfortunately you will have to replace it

I tried the Stress test at preset 720 and it came out with score of 452. Does that mean anything? I think I over-reacted on the burn in stress test, it didn't BSOD, i just thought it froze and restarted the computer.

I went into AMD Overdrive and turned down the both High Performance GPU clock settings to 400 and the High Performance Memory Clock settings to 600, and now the Furmark burn in test doesn't crash, but how long am I suppose to run the Burn In Test? Or how long does it take?

That sounds OK now, don't overclock the card...leave it in default settings

But the card is running significantly below its capabilities, i'll uninstall CCC, and download MSI AfterBurner to turn the settings down and I'll see if that helps the FPS. Right now its at like 15FPS online with all the graphic settings on the game turned to the lowest setting.
