Blue screen, after starting windows

so yesterday i instaled " Smart Defragger 2 " and started a defrag ... after 25mins it finished and my computer worked normally, also i used Driver Booster to update some drivers ( about 5 updates ) i shutdowned my pc and as i started him today it blue screened about half an minute after it says " Welcome " and i can see the dekstop... at blue screenit says : 0x000000F4 ( ox0000000000000003 , 0xFFFFFA80008C97B30 , 0xFFFFFA80008C97E10 , 0xFFFFF8003F8A470 ) i really don't know what to do, i runing windows 7 ultimate x64 and i am in safe mode right now any help what i can do ?

well; for one thing you should never use programs like driver booster as most of the time it can do more harm than good as it may install updates that are not meant for your hardware setup(motherboard, etc.). To fix this; i would try seeing if you can do a system restore while in safe mode Click start, programs, accessories, system tools, then system restore. Hopefully listed there; there should be a restore point BEFORE you installed either the driver booster or smart defrag.Click on that and follow the steps shown on screen to hopefully restore your system. If it does not work or if that restore point is not there; post back and we can go from there.

I too am having the F4 03 bsod using win 7 64 which runs off my SSD on a custom built computer. I will watch this thread for info which might help me also keep an eye on my thread for info which might help you. Good Luck!
