PC sometimes crashing when put to sleep BSOD

I recently installed a new SSD and a clean Windows 7 install. The power button on my PC puts the computer to sleep, or it sleeps automatically after 15 minutes at idle. Everything is working fine and I don't seem to have any obvious hardware problems. Sometimes when the PC goes to sleep it crashes, the monitors turn off but PCs power is still on and is completely unresponsive. After a few minutes it powers off and asks to boot in safe mode when turned on again. This only happens sometimes, 4 out of 5 times it goes to sleep and wakes correctly.
I have changed video drivers, network adapter drivers and scanned for errors. I have searched for answers but cant find any that are relevant to my issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Please perform a Windows update to see if a newer version of the miniport USB driver is available.

Hey guys, I was also having the same problem just today. I was watching youtube, fell asleep on my bed, wake up 20 minutes later and my computer was put to sleep. Not sure if the computer got hot during sleep time but it ended up with a blue screen of death.

An attempt was made to write to read only memory blue screen.

Any help would be appreciated! I've had bsod's a lot during these past few months and it just happened so suddenly. I don't know how to fix it Happens quite often, it's either a BSOD or my computer COMPLETELY freezes, I don't hear any sound AND I can't even move my mouse, make any keyboard gestures etc. It's just completely frozen, so I don't know what's wrong with my computer I've uninstalled recent programs, basically only have games installed as well as the normal microsoft programs and necessities. Help!

This is my recent minidump: okay actually I don't know how to upload it, says I need admin privileges.
