    Crashing despite reformat.

Okay, I'll try to explain this as best I can.

Windows 7 runs flawlessly, everything's fine, except for one thing.

These BSOD's and crashes are something I can recreate, and it's really annoying knowing what it is and what does it but not knowing how to fix it.

    Anyways

    E8500, GA-EP45-DS3L, 4gb OCZ Reaper, Nvidia 9800gtx

I can go into sleep mode fine, but when I wake my computer up, my computer will inevitably crash. It could take up to 5 minutes, but my computer will lock up and possibly blue screen.

Every time I BSOD'd, it came up with NTOSKRNL.EXE.
These would ONLY happen after i wake the computer from sleep mode.

I've tried reformatting, since several sites have pointed that this is a driver issue, but that did not work. I don't BSOD now, but the screen just freezes.

I've also tried testing my memory using MEMTEST86, and several passes show no errors. I am completely stumped. Help!

Make sure your BIOS and hardware drivers (video, NIC, chipset...) are all up to date.

Crashes as a result of power state transitions are almost invariably caused by problems in either of those two categories.
