    More information is required.

    1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop
    2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

    Download

    Code:
    Host Name: GOOB-PC
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
    OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
First thing to do is update Windows 7 fully. Please do that, and then this:

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.

You need to update to at least Service Pack 1 (SP1), and there are quite a few more updates after that, so it will take some time.
