Good to know hat you have updated the firmware.

If would have been better if you supplied a screenshot too.

Taking a guess here, but can you try power-cycling?

    1. Power off laptop, unplug power lead, and remove battery.
    2. Press and hold down the on/off button for 30 seconds, then release
    3. Disconnect the SSD
    4. Press and hold the on/off button for another 30 seconds, then release
    5. Reconnect SSD, reinsert battery, reconnect power lead.
    6. Boot and use laptop as normal

    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
    KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c044fa58, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: c000000e, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 31898860, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: 89f4b013, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

Arc, I was able to load the last dmp - see red text. !thread and dps <limit> <base> doesn't return anything at all to go on.

Chris, if the power cycling doesn't work, please also try STEP 7 ONLY here:

Thank you a lot Golden It is relieving that we troubleshooted in the right direction. Relieving :) My only clue was the line in the original post:

    BCP2: C000000E

That means : A device which does not exist was specified. I interpret it as either a disc failure or a disc image emaluator malfunctioning. As no disc image emaluator I noticed, I concentrated on the disc.

bluedoorsoftwar, follow the suggestions you have got from Golden. Also, if possible, make it sure that the SSD is properly seated inside the computer. If you cannot open it, bring it to a repair shop; as the warranty is over.

    Hi all
I have completed the power cycle suggested by Golden (and made sure the SSD was seated
properly when re-inserted). I got another BSOD as soon as I restarted the laptop. It then
crashed again when trying to run the SF_Diagnostic tool. And, then again. Seems more
    frequent now.

Anyway, I have managed to get the latest diagnostic output and its attached

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance : )
