Please refer to my attached file.
Several tests have shown that I only get this BSOD 99% of the time either shutting down or restarting the PC from the Windows 7 Ultimate environment.
During installation of new nVidia drivers, I had to use safe mode at different points and at no stage during restarting from safe mode did I experience the BSOD.
There are 2 dump files in the attached .rar
I believe there may be either a driver or software fault causing this BSOD issue but I do not fully understand how to read the files to find the cause of the problem.
Your timely help on this matter would be much appreciated.
