    BSOD after a fresh install, error 0x0000007A


    Hi. I recently managed to get a malware on my computer, the one that locks the computer up demanding payment before it unlocks your files. i just did a fresh install as my files werent very important but my computer while in idel downloading some steam games blue screened. im not sure on how to post dmp files here but i took a screenshot of it open in bluescreen viewer and will try post that.


    *note. to see the picture after clicking you must remove the "http\\" from the adress bar and search just the imgur link.

    any help would be appreciated. if i have posted image wrong or anyone can tell me how to post a dmp file please do as im new to forums

    More information is required.

    1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop
    2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type chkdsk /R and hit enter.

    You will be prompted whether you wish to schedule a chkdsk scan at next startup, type 'Y' and hit enter. Now restart your computer and chkdsk will automatically run. Report details.

    didi chkdsk last night. looked at it in event veiwer and came out with this.
