Looks like a hardware issue mate. Have you made any changes in hardware recently? Added anything?

hi golden i installed a new tp link pci network card just over a week ago because i was having trouble with the on board intel network adapter. i have made sure the drivers are up to date for the new card adapter and also all my other drivers i had a skype plugin update from Microsoft i installed before the crash.

Brian, we need to test whether this new NIC is causing the issue. The only way to do that is to remove it, and then see if more BSOD's occur.

If they do, upload the new. Dmp files.

no more stops or reboots or shutdown. what i have had to do is uninstall all my mouse and keyboard drivers and reinstate them as the devices were not responding and windows told me to troubleshoot them. trust updated one mouse with the wrong driver would you believe! all is corrected now. :)
