BSOD 0x124 on startup

I'm getting BSOD 0x124 on my Win7 system almost every windows startup. It happens before "Welcome" screen. After i get 3-4 bsod(sometimes 20-25), i can see my desktop. After it passes "welcome" screen, i get no BSOD. I stressed my CPU, played games like Battlefield 4, Assasins Creed IV on high settings, also im using AutoCAD and 3dsMAX, i can get renders etc, no BSOD while using my computer. Only at "welcome" screen and mostly 0x124, sometimes 0x101 or 0x03b, rarely 0x9c.

I tried installing Windows 8, but it gives 0x124 BSOD( WHEA Uncorrectable Error ) randomly, even while installing it. And im using Win7 now, because at least after i pass welcome screen succesfully, im able to use my computer.

My GPU and CPU settings are default. No overclock/downclock.

As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.

No, i dont overclock. Maybe my bios overclocks? Dont know. I checked my bios settings and its all at "default"

And, i stressed CPU and GPU as you said. I changed my PSU 1 week ago, still same bsod. And my computer is not hot. While playing games, CPU mostly 60C and GPU 70-75C. But this bsod happens at startup, and my room is mostly 25C.
