BSOD - Dump files included error:

    Hey Guys,

I have been experiencing a really werid issue I cannot figure out. I was hoping you could give me a hand in identifying the culprit.
Its hard to get the issue fixed because it happens at random intervals it can happen twice a week then not happen for a month.

-When the issue occurs all 3 screens freeze and the image is the same as the moment it stopped working
    -Windows doesnt respond to ctrl+alt+del
-Most of the time there is a buzzing sound from the speakers
-Upon reboot the system does 1 of 3 things:
1.reboots like nothing happened (most of the time),
2.the system wasn't closed properly please choose: safe mode or normal
3.overclock failed and i get booted into the asus visual bios (i change nothing while in bios) leave and reboot works fine.

Other background info in the time I have experienced the problem I have checked temps on cpu cores and they always look fine....
I have changed the GPU, SSD (windows drive) and added a Sound Card none of these changes affected the issue as it is still present at random.

    Thanks for the help

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop

    Download

    2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

thanks for the reply golden, all my settings are as indicated on option 1 however I still get the same error after running the debug tool as admin: access is denied?

do i have to change the properties of the directory?

Which directory are you referring to?

The .bat file should be run directly from the desktop, by right-clicking and choosing Run as Administrator. Can you confirm that this is what you did?

yes that is exactly what I did.

I'm referring to the dir the bat file is trying to access, it seems that is the problem?

OK. I suggest creating a new standard user account, then downloading and running the .bat file from that account.
