BSOD on occasion - new to this stuff

This is what the message says when I restart

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF800032D8325
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\020114-18252-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Justin\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-44195-0.sysdata.xml

I also get a message at the blue screen about IRQL not less or equal

This happens randomly, it seems to happen most when I play SWTOR - but it also can happen (not as often) when just using PC for general stuff like internet browsing etc.

I appreciate any help, and if you need more info to help please let me know how I can post it.

Before you get any suggestion form my respected friend YoYo155, uninstall Kaspersky for the time being and perform a memtest; for eight passes or any red lines come up, whichever is earlier.

During the weekend people give the time to friends and family, and for themselves too. You have to understand it.

And, if you have posted it following the instructions, you have got the needed suggestion already, at the first reply.
