BSOD when using USB devices (randomlly??)

Hi All, I seem to be getting more and more BSOD.
it started in December trying to watch videos on a USB drive. at the time I thought the drive was going bad. I bought a new one and that has started to cause BSOD, as has my TomTom tonight.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L750D, Win 7 HP, 8 Gig of ram.
I have downloaded SF Debug and the files 020414-31325-01.dmp &020414-30841-01.dmp are the most recent occurrence of the BSOD, and were both as a result of plugging in my TomTom one (it has no SD Card).

any help or guidance greatly appreciated.

    Hi crwzar.

Either update the version of Acronis or uninstall it.

    Let us know the results.

Hi Arc, I am completely blown away!!!!
1/ For the speed at which you have replied (at appear to have solved) to my issue
2/ it seems to be Acronis which I have been using for years.

I have removed Acronis 10, including REG entries and install a trial version of ATHI14

I have plugged the offending ESB drive in numerous time this morning without issue.

I will try numerous devices over the next week and continue to monitor the situation.

Once again many thanks for your help.

    Regs Wayne
