I follow what you said and install SP1, Windows updates, but when I tried to update jraid driver, I've got this message:
Where is my fault there?
If you cannot update the JMicron RAID driver, whatever the reason may be, only two ways are left for you.
- Break the RAID, set the storage controller to anything available (AHCI preferred; but if it is not there, ATA or IDE) and do a clean reinstall.
- Accept the BSODs as a part of life.
Explanation to why clean reinstall: The continued issue is the JMicron SATA driver, which you cannot update. If it cannot be updated, the only way to avoid the BSOD is to disable it. To disable it, you have to disable RAID, and change the storage controller mode.
Now, whenever the storage controller mode will be changed, the computer will not be able to boot into windows at all. Because windows can boot only with the storage controller mode on which windows was originally installed.
And that is why a clean reinstall is the only feasible solution, provided the driver is not updated.
Acceptance or refusal, rest is on you.

What is the purpose to use AHCI?
I changed to AHCI and looks OK. (for now), but after this, some strange thing happened.
Before changing IDE to AHCI, I had my disks in alphabetical order. It means first hd was C:\ second D:\ .....
Now, first is F:\ , second E:\, third C:\ and fourth D:\. What is the reason these things happened?
Am I supposed to fix this and if yes, how?
In explorer window or in disc management?
If it is in explorer window, just right click > Sort by > Names.
If it is in disc management, you may need to arrange the discs in the SATA ports serially.
But, if it does not cause any lack of functionality, you may leave it as it is.

How to do this?
There are connected on the motherboard in order C:\ first and next letters in alphabetical order.
I didn't change (disconnected) any hd, and before they were in right order. This setup changed after AHCI.

Hi,
C: & D: It is connected on a motherboard as a first hard drive.
E: is second, F: is connected as a third one.
M: is the external hard drive connected to an usb port.
I have requested gregrocker to have a look at this issue.
