BSOD - Windows 7 x64 nvlddmkm.sys + dxgkrnl.sys + dxgmms1.sys

I also understand that the problem points to NIVIDIA crash... but I don't know how to fix the issue. Nor do I know why it crashed exactly

I have nvidia 322.21 driver installed. should I uninstall and and reinstall an earlier driver? if so how do I go about doing that? what should I specifically uninstall?

So i Uninstall nvidia graphics driver, and physx system. then restarted and reinstalled 331.82. and now I can't see my games when I try to play them. so I attempted to uninstall again and it failed to uninstall. here is a screenshot of the message:

What you're getting is a TDR116 (Timeout Detection Error) error from your GPU which failed to respond in time. This can be caused by multiple factors including defective RAM/GPU or corrupt drivers.

Perform a clean installation of the current Nvidia driver (332.21) in safe mode but be sure to unselect the 3D vision and Nividia update. Remove the optional Nvidia components such as GeForce Experience, shadow play etc.

Test your RAM with Memtest86+ and GPU with OCCT

STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

What you're looking at here is very likely a hardware problem either related to the GPU or video memory. Post back with your test results.
