    Bsod - event id 41 kernel-power

    Hi,

Wonder if somebody can help my troubleshoot BSOD.

    Event ID 41

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

    - EventData

    BugcheckCode 59

    BugcheckParameter1 0xc0000005

    BugcheckParameter2 0xfffff880047ae1b9

    BugcheckParameter3 0xfffff88007c710b0

    BugcheckParameter4 0x0

    SleepInProgress false

    PowerButtonTimestamp 0

The last time i had this issue was in August 2013 - everything has been running OK.

Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

WinDBG isolates the Raporteer software as a problem.

Uninstall the program/software, then reboot. Now check to see if rapport64.sys is still present in C:\Program Files (x86)\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\x64\

If it is, manually delete it, then reboot your system

    Thanks for the quick response

I have uninstalled the program/software, rebooted and made sure rapport64.sys has been removed from C:\Program Files (x86)\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\x64\

    Will monitor

    Thanks again
