    Hi pcwizard14.

    The issue is apparently with USB environment.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck A, {11, d, 1, fffff800032cea09}

    Probably caused by : USBPORT.SYS ( USBPORT!USBPORT_InterruptService+88 )

    Followup: MachineOwner

    And, I am seeing you have two different USB3 drivers instilled and running.

    • NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller
    • ASMedia XHCI Controller

    Is it anyhow necessary?

    Moreover, both of them are old, and needs update.
    Code:
        Image name: nusb3xhc.sys
        Timestamp:        Fri Jan 22 08:52:21 2010 (4B5919ED)
    Code:
        Image name: asmtxhci.sys
        Timestamp:        Thu Jun 02 07:57:46 2011 (4DE6F522)
    I would like to have some more opinion on the situation at first.
