Starting at the top where it says 6-6-6-18 make those numbers 9-9-9-24 then drop down to Dram Command Rate change that from 1T to 2T, set the target dram frequency to 1333MHz and set the voltage to 1.5V. That is the specs for your ram and is also the way your motherboard should have set it to begin with. Those are the only numbers you should have to deal with. When you do that save and exit. Assuming it boots, which it should, post screenshots of CPUz, the Memory tab and the SPD tab.
You're changing just the first 4 numbers from 6-6-6-18 to 9-9-9-24 and the command rate from 1T to 2T and setting the voltage to 1.5V not auto, Frequency to 1333. Don't worry about anything else.
