Did you set the timings and frequency for the ram? In BIOS make sure the Dram Voltage is set at 1.5V. The ram is set according to the JDEC values, but it can run faster and is designed to run at 1333 (667) with timings of 9-9-9-24 @ 1.50V, which is typical of what most boards set it at. But, the way it is running now is within specs as long as the voltage is set correctly.
In BIOS it was: Dram Voltage 1.5V (Auto)

I haven't set anything as far as I know.. So nothing to do?

essenbe is the best person to help you in it. And you are proceeding in the perfect direction. If voltages are not the issue, test with changing the RAM modules, despite of any favorable memtest result.

kasotol, how are things goind now. Is there any changes in your computer? Better, worse?

Same. Cold startup and everytime BSOD (if I don't do that BIOS Setup thing first).
    Otherwise no BSODs at all..

Now I think we should suspect the motherboard. Let us see what essenbe thinks.

kasotol, What ram timing and frequency options do you have in BIOS? I'm not real familiar with AMD boards anymore. But, if you look at post #39, you are running at basically 800 MHz frequency and timings of 6-6-6-18 1T. That is in specs and your ram should be able to run at that. But, your ram is 1333MHz and should run at that frequency with timings of 9-9-9-24-2T. Try setting your timings to that (9-9-9-24-2T), set your frequency at 1333MHz and be sure your Dram Voltage is 1.5V. That is the way your motherboard should have set it automatically and is also the normal frequency for ram to run at. It is what you paid for was 1333 ram, not 800. 2T is always more stable than 1T. If you set it that way, it should be running at the ram's specs and the motherboard specs. Do you think you could do that? If you can do that then post another screenshot of the CPUz memory tab and SPD tabs. Look back at post 39. The JEDEC 3 frequency and timings are what we are trying for (667 is 1333) I can explain that if you don't understand. DDR3 ram means 'double data rate'. So, post 39 memory tab says 401, so double that is 802 MHz you are running at now. We want it to say close to 666-667 which would be 1333. That is the specs for your ram.

Okay, well. I checked those settings today.

    There's a page, where I found those 6-6-6-18 1T things, but there's a lot more:
    DRAM CAS# Latency 6 [6 CLK]
    DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay 6 [6 CLK]
    DRAM RAS# PRE Time 6 [6 CLK]
    DRAM RAS# ACT Time 18 [18 CLK]
DRAM READ to PRE Time 4 [Auto]
DRAM Row Cycle Time 21 [Auto]
DRAM WRITE Recovery Time 6 [Auto]
    DRAM RAS# to RAS# Delay 4 [Auto]

DRAM Read To Write Delay 6 [Auto]
DRAM Write to READ Delay(DD) 2 [Auto]
DRAM Write To READ Delay(SD) 4 [Auto]
DRAM Write to Write Timing 3 [Auto]
DRAM READ To READ Timing 3 [Auto]
DRAM RED Cycle Time 160 [Auto]
    DRAM ReFresh Rate 7.8 [Auto]
    DRAM Command Rate 1T [Auto]

And another page (part of it):
Target CPU Frequency : 3248 MHz
    Target DRAM Frequency : 928MHz
    ..
    ..
    DRAM Frequency [928MHz]

    --

And DRAM Voltage is 1.5V (Auto)?

So, I have to change settings for:
    DRAM CAS# Latency
    DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay
    DRAM RAS# PRE Time
    DRAM RAS# ACT Time
    DRAM Command Rate
    DRAM Frequency

And not to touch other ones? Wasn't sure, so I think better to ask first. :)
