BSODs every so often while multitasking

Hi. I replaced the hard drive in my laptop a couple of months ago, and every so often while running multiple programs, I get a BSOD. As badly as my last hard drive was failing, I didn't have this issue so I'm wondering what's going on.

Dumps point to a hardware failure (0x124), the culprit is either the RAM or processor.

Test your RAM with Memtest86+ and stress test the CPU with Prime95. Post back with your results.

Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
